Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our websites, QR codes, events, media, or digital assets, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue participation immediately.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Some events or benefits may be 18+ or 21+ where alcohol or adult content is present. We reserve the right to deny access based on eligibility or safety.

Participation & Reward Programs

Participation in experiences like “Follow the Orange Rabbit,” “Crypto Crawl,” or any of our digital scavenger hunts, events, or NFT airdrops is voluntary and for entertainment, education, or promotional purposes only. No purchase is required. All rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be discontinued or revoked at any time without notice.

Use of Creative Contributions

By participating in story-based programs, writers rooms, or community content creation, you grant Inform Empower, LLC an unlimited, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, display, and publish your contributions. You waive all claims to compensation or attribution.

Risk Acknowledgment & Waiver

Participation in in-person or digital activities includes potential risks. You agree to waive and release Inform Empower, LLC, its owners, DBAs (including Orange Rabbit, Vegas Crypto Group), event partners, sponsors, and volunteers from any and all liability arising from:

• Personal injury (e.g. during scavenger hunts, bar crawls, photo tasks, weather exposure)
• Emotional stress or discomfort
• Property damage
• Loss of digital assets or NFTs
• Errors in reward systems or QR codes
• Third-party technical issues or cyberattacks (phishing, wallet exploits, etc.)

Participation is entirely at your own risk. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian.

Use of AI Tools and Automation

Our platforms may use AI tools or algorithms for creative generation, moderation, or storytelling. These tools may generate unpredictable, humorous, or surreal content. We do not guarantee accuracy and are not liable for any harm or misunderstanding resulting from such content.

Third-Party Platforms & Wallets

You may interact with platforms like Zoho, Zapier, X (Twitter), Farcaster, Instagram, and Web3 tools such as wallets and NFT platforms. You acknowledge that:

• We do not control or guarantee performance of these third-party services.
• Any data you submit may pass through or be stored by third parties.
• You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and avoiding scams.

Digital Assets & NFTs

NFTs and blockchain rewards are distributed as bonuses and are not financial instruments. Inform Empower does not act as a broker, exchange, or custodian of assets. We are not liable for:

• Lost, stolen, or inaccessible NFTs
• Gas fees or blockchain errors
• NFTs becoming unclaimable or valueless due to network instability
• Wallet incompatibility or technical restrictions

Sponsorship and Partnership Disclaimer

Event partners, hosts, collaborators, and sponsors are not liable for participant conduct or any damages resulting from your participation. Inform Empower indemnifies all partners against such claims to the extent legally possible.

Private Membership Clause (Optional Access)

Certain benefits, storylines, content, and exclusive areas (including but not limited to Orange Rabbit Clues, the Writer’s Room, and Member Portal) may be accessible only to members under a Private Membership Agreement. These PMA terms will be presented separately. Joining such a private group does not imply a business relationship and may include additional disclaimers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of digital property, errors in participation, missed rewards, or platform outages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any legal matters must be resolved in Clark County, Nevada.

Modifications

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.

• To deliver event rewards, NFT drops, or unlockables
• To send updates, confirmations, and important info
• To improve our user experiences and platform interactions
• To enable social and community features
• To run membership, contest, and token-based systems

Data Storage

Your data may be processed via trusted third-party tools (e.g., Zoho, Zapier, Google Workspace). We take security seriously, but no system is immune. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data.

Sharing of Data

We do not sell your data. We may share basic information (name, wallet, contact) with event collaborators only when necessary to deliver rewards or support engagement, and only if you’ve opted in.

Opt-Out & Deletion

You may request to:

• View the data we store
• Correct inaccurate info
• Be removed from all systems (including forfeiture of reward eligibility)
